MBP-Bearings Exporters of housing and sleeves
We have started production of Plummer Blocks & Sleeves and dared to maintain a good quality at reasonable price range when the market was guided by low price level with worst quality product & some time the user had to us the sub-standard product unwillingly because the quality product was out of his budget. We had tried for a middle path. So that the customers can get quality product within their budget.
It is the common belief that a bearing housing has only supporting role to hold the bearing & to support its non-rotating outer ring. This is only one part of the fact.
The life of the bearing depends upon the proper selection of the block & its accuracy to the tolerance.
Main features of MBP Bearing Block are
1. Made of 20 grade cast iron.
2. Free from Blow Holes
3. 90% carbon matching with bearing
4. Prefect level of the foot & accurate center height
5. Attractive outer finish
6. Available in the steel casting & outer grades of cast iron as par specification
7. Made as per international standards for easy exchangeability

PepperTap closes online grocery delivery biz; to pivot to logistics
Online grocery delivery service PepperTap, which raised $51.2 million in funding since inception, has shut down its grocery delivery operations across the country. An ET report states that of PepperTap’s 200 employees, the company will retain 50 for its logistics business, while let go of the remaining 150, offering compensation of up to 3 months’ salary.
PepperTap has apparently pitched alternative ways of using the money it has raised so far, but further details on the matter are scant. YourStory reports that it plans to become a “full stack e-commerce logistics company.”
Operations scaled down: PepperTap had tried to curb its spending and realign its focus on “depth rather than breadth” by closing operations in 6 cities in February this year. It also laid off 400 delivery personnel at this time.
In September 2015, according to this Mint report, PepperTap also shut down operations in Agra and Meerut after a month long pilot. It claimed to deliver 40,000 orders in a single day in 2015, and said that it was delivering 7,000-8,000 orders daily.

Flipkart expands grocery delivery services in Bengaluru
eCommerce giant Flipkart’s hyper-local grocery delivery services app ‘Nearby’ is planning to expand its services across the city of Bengaluru.
'Nearby', will add more locations as the company attempts to taken on grocery e-commerce sites such as Grofers,
BigBasket, LocalBanya and PepperTap. Flipkart launched the pilot early last month with seven locations, but has since grown to 30 neighbourhoods.
Customers can order groceries, personal care products, health and wellness products, baby care products, and household supplies any time between 10 am and 8 pm. Flipkart also offers free shipping on every order for a limited period.
The growth in the space suggests that Indian consumers, many of whom are strapped by factors such as time and distance from brick-and-mortar stores, are not only going beyond white goods and fashion to small ticket FMCG items through smartphones.
As a consequence, the so-called 'hyperlocal' grocery delivery space is increasingly looking attractive to large e-commerce and technology-based service providers; taxi aggregator Ola has its own Ola Store application, while digital payments provider Paytm briefly launched a beat-version of a similar service on Google's Play Store.
As the logistics and delivery backend in large cities across India matures, more players are looking at solving the hyperlocal logistics problem, which are typically harder to crack.
